Second: No.

Both concepts need a little work, as their B- and C-pillars, respectively, aren't quite... right.

I have to say I'd prefer the first, though as those headlights on the second are the ugliest I've seen outside of the Juke.

This is quite good. If Mercedes ever sees the need to do something above the S-Class again, this would be a perfect new 600 (or, would it have to be T-Class?).

Exactly my thought. I think this would make for an awesome halo car, maybe even the first car with autonomous driving, plus paired with at least a hybrid system. You could roll in total silence and luxury while the car drives itself.
